This petition has been filed to grant further extension of time for the purpose of complying with the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5475 of 2024 by an order dated 31.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and considering the nature of offences and the reasons stated in the affidavit that he was unable to execute the surety due to miscommunication between the previous counsel and the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
