O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name displayed in H.S.No.270 from the History Sheet Book maintained by the third respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2015. 2.It is the specific claim of the petitioner that his name has been unnecessarily included in the History Sheet maintained by the third respondent, when all the cases levelled against the petitioner, except one, ended in acquittal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if the representation of the petitioner is considered by the respondents, the petitioner would be satisfied. 4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner was acquitted in all the cases levelled against him, except one, the claim of the petitioner could be considered by the authorities and necessary orders be passed.

5.The petitioner has unnecessarily impleaded the first and second respondents, since the third respondent alone has to consider the prayer of the petitioner. Hence this writ petition is dismissed as against the first and second respondents. 6.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.10.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
