ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this petition as a public interest litigation as this is a protected area and the petitioner is no specialist in matters relating to environment. If environmental issues are sought to be raised, that should be before the Green Tribunal.

The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
