In a proposed suit for partition, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue in respect of the properties situated outside the jurisdiction of this court.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the property described in Schedule A to the plaint is the most valuable and significant property and the said property is situated in Chennai. Therefore, he seeks leave to sue the respondents in respect of the properties described in Schedule B to E.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, A.No.904 of 2023 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents in respect of the immovable properties situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if otherwise in order.
