ORDER

The matter lies in a narrow compass. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that he has not been given sufficient opportunity to produce the documents sought for. He came to know about the said requirement only through the impugned order. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that other than paper publication, individual notices were also sent. This factum is being denied by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3.This Court does not want to go into the factual controversy. Suffice it to permit the petitioner to furnish the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

documents sought for in the impugned order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, appropriate orders will have to be passed by the respondent within a further period of six weeks thereafter.

4.In such view of the matter, the impugned order is set aside and the writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
