Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay in filing the appeals are condoned.

2.Registry is directed to number the appeals and stay petitions and list the same on 22.11.2023.

3.The 2nd respondent is required to file an affidavit disclosing the rate at which these lands were sold to the so called Industrialists to whom these lands are allotted.

4.Registry is also directed to call for the original records from the lower Court forthwith.
