This application is filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 25.02.2016 made in A.No.4966 of 2015.

2. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that the applicant has settled the contract with the Respondent Company out of Court on 14.08.2019 and there is no amount due from the applicant to the respondent Company and the respondent also issued a letter dated 14.08.2019 towards full and final settlement in the above said contract. In view of the above settlement, the attachment is unnecessary.

3. Hence, the order of attachment passed in A.No.4966 of 2015 is raised and vacated and the application is ordered. 30.10.2019 arr Note:

(i) The Registry is directed to communicate the order through District Court, Karur.

(ii) The applicant is directed to communicate the order to the Sub Registrar, Sub Registrars Office, Karur District and within the Sub Registration District of Kulithalai.
