This Petition has been filed to quash the FIR registered as against the petitioners herein in Cr.No.3 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that charge sheet has been filed in this case on 05.07.2023 before the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.15406 of 2023.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and also taking note of the fact that charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
