O R D E R

Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2023, wherein and whereby she sought to accept and register the document on presentation for registration.

3. According to the petitioner, she has filed on-line application dated 04.09.2023 before the first respondent to accept and register the document (sale deed), but there was no response from the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by way of this writ petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to process the on-line application of the petitioner.

5. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Pg.Nos.2/5

respondents fairly submitted that though the respondents received the petitioner's application dated 04.09.2023 through on-line, so far no reply has been given. He further submitted that first respondent may be directed to process the on-line application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited payer sought for in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the first respondent to process the on-line application of the petitioner dated 04.09.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
