The order of the 3rd respondent impugned in this writ petition has already been tested by this Court in W.P.No.28614 of 2019 and this Court has passed an order on 27.09.2019 directing the 3rd respondent to consider the pending litigation between the parties and pass appropriate orders.

2. Hence, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
