ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nonbailable warrant was issued on 10.12.2015 returnable on 18.01.2016. In the mean time, the Presiding Officer has retired and no one has taken his place and the petitioner claims to have moved an application (M.P.No.517 of 2015) for recall of the order issuing warrant. The next date was fixed on 25.02.2016.

2. The learned counsel submits that since fresh warrant would have to be issued now that the old one remains unexecuted, he seeks not to press the writ petition at present and seeks to withdraw the same and on the constitution of the Commission, he would place his application seeking to recall the warrant. Endorsement has also been made.
