O R D E R

[Order of the court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, is seeking custody of the detenue from the 2nd Respondent. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the detenue is present along with the 2nd Respondent. It has been informed that the detenue is married to the 2nd Respondent, by converting herself into Christianity.

3.

Admittedly, the detenue is a major. Hence, we do not find any illegal detention involved in this case and accordingly, the detenue is set at liberty.
