Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an interim direction directing the 1st respondent to give preference to the persons who hold the technical qualification while filling the Vacancies in Field Surveyor /draftsman posts in the combined Civil Service Examination 4 (Group IV) in the present selection (Notification No.19/2019) as provided in the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Subordinate Service and thus render justice in WMP.NO.28713 OF 2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.LOGANATHAN, ADVOCATE FOR 1ST Respondent and of MRS.A.

SRIJAYANTHI ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the 2ND Respondents the court made the following order:- Since the interim relief sought for in the Miscellaneous Petition is merged with the relief sought for in the main Writ Petition, I am not inclined to grant interim stay. Hence the Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
