The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.282 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 307, 392, 397, 427 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that the petitioner and other accused had created a problem at Panapakkam Bus stand by throwing stones on the shop and quarrelling and threatening the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.1050/- from him. Other accused had been taken into custody. The petitioner is a history sheeter having 13 previous cases. Thus, he prays for dismissal of this petition. C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

4. Taking all these factors into consideration, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
