COMMON ORDER The Criminal Original Petitions have been filed to call for the records in S.C.Nos.15, 16, 30, 29, 174 & 175 of 2017, on the file of the III Additional Sessions Court, Thirupattur, Vellore District and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an Ex-MLA and he had passed away on 21.07.2020.

3. In view of the same, the charges against the petitioner stand abated. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petitions stand closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
