O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.4481 of 2020, thereby directing the respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and also adjacent land owners, and after giving them opportunity of hearing conduct enquiry and pass orders to survey, measure, demarcate and to fix boundaries in respect of the petitioner's property, on merits and in accordance with law, on payment of requisite fee. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as ordered by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 14.12.2022, itself. He also produced a copy of the order passed by the respondent.
