Palaniammal v. The Thasildar

W.M.P.No.31646 of 2024 in W.P.No.18122 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the survey number mentioned in the writ petition affidavit in prayer portion and also in para 2 in the above writ petition order as S.No.82/1P instead of S.No.82/1P3.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a mistake has been crept in prayer portion and affidavit of the writ petition, wherein Survey number of the property has been mentioned as S.No.82/1P3 instead of S.No.82/1P and the same has been reflected in the order of the writ petition. Therefore, he prayed to amend the Survey Number. 3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 4.The Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments and issue fresh order copy.
