This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for amending the Survey Number as S.Nos.230 and 281 in Mottur Village instead of S.Nos.230/1 and 291 in Mottur Village in the Writ Petition and its order.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has submitted that by oversight, the Survey Numbers of the property in question had wrongly been indicated in the Writ Petition and the same had been incorporated in the final order passed by this Court on 02.09.2024. Hence, it is pleaded that the respective survey numbers have to be suitably amended.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 have no objection in the survey numbers being amended as stated by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to amend the Survey Number as S.Nos.230 and 281 in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

W.M.P.No.31214 of 2024 in W.P.No.24668 of 2024 D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J., and P.B.BALAJI,J., ar Mottur Village instead of S.Nos.230/1 and 291, wherever it occurs in the Writ Petition and also the final order dated 02.09.2024.

5. It is seen from the final order dated 02.09.2024 that twelve weeks' time was granted to the respondents for passing orders on the representation dated 29.04.2024 of the petitioner. The said period shall commence from today, in view of the amendment carried out today in respect of Survey Numbers. The remaining portion of the order dated 02.09.2024 shall remain unaltered.
