COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) In W.P.No.42920 of 2016, the petitioner has prayed to quash the e-auction sale notice in OR/CBE/021/278/2016-17 dated 02.11.2016, fixing the sale on 08.12.2016. Similarly in W.P.No.42921 of 2016, the petitioner has prayed to quash the e-auction sale notice in OR/CBE/021/278/2016-17 dated 02.11.2016, fixing the sale on 08.12.2016

2. Mr.G.Jeremiah, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above submission, writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.

4. Registry is directed to return the original orders impugned in the above writ petitions, after getting the attested copies of the same from the learned counsel for the petitioners.
