PRAYER This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writof Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to conduct speedy investigation in the alleged offences based on Petitioner complaint dated 18.06.2025.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to conduct a speedy investigation on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 18.06.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had lodged complaints on 18.06.2025 and again 23.07.2025, no effective steps have been taken by the respondents so far to investigate the matter. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's complaint has already been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Trichy and the said Branch is now seized of the matter for further action.
4. On consideration of the submission made by the learned counsel for both sides and on perusal of the materials placed on record, it is seen that the matter relates to a dispute between the companies. It is also admitted that the District Crime Branch, Trichy has already taken up the matter. The third respondent has also transferred the complaint of the petitioner to the District Crime Branch, Trichy for appropriate investigation.
5. In such view of the matter, let the District Crime Branch, Trichy conduct investigation on the complaint of the petitioner in accordance with law and to complete the same as expeditiously as possible. 3/5
6. With the above observations and direction this writ petition(crl.) stands disposed of.
