The Correspondent, Shaukathul Islam (B.M.S) Higher Secondary School, Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant higher start of pay to the petitioner in the post of record Clerk in 8th respondent school from the date of appointment on 01.03.2006 as ordered in G.O.Ms.No.321 Finance (Pay cell) department dated 02.07.1998 and as per G.O.Ms.No.241 Finance (Pay Cell) department dated 22.07.2013 which protects appointment made prior to 01.04.2013 for granting of higher start of pay, with all consequential and other attendant benefits including arrears of salary with interest for the belated payment, within a time frame.
