ORDER

Learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submits that the Revision Petitioner, namely - Manivannan, Son of Natarajan died during the pendency of this Criminal Revision Case. In this regard, he has produced the death certificate issued by the Registrar ( Birth and Death), Kadugur Village 1/4

Panchayat.

2. Mr.Gopinath, the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) also confirmed this fact that as per the information given by the concerned station House Officer viz., Mr.P.Prabhakaran, Sub Inspector of Police, Kairlabadh Police Station, Ariyalur District, the Revision Petitioner namely, Manivannan, Son of Natarajan, resident of No.674, North Street, Kattupiringiyam, Asthinapuram, Ariyalur, Ariyalur, Tamil Nadu 621 704 was expired during the pendency of the Criminal Revision.

3. Thus, there is no useful purpose to continue the present revision.

4. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the parties, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Consequently connected Crl.M.P.No.19153 of 2022 stands discharged.

5.The file is consigned to record.
