ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a mandamus, directing the respondents to release the convicts namely Bharathi S/o.Rajendran and Bala @ Balachandran S/o.Rajendran Convicted in SC No.88 of 2011 on the file of the District and Session Court No.2, Kanchipuram and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

modified by this Court in Crl.A.19 of 2016 on parole from 08.12.2016 to 10.12.2016 in light of the petitioners representation dated 23.11.2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the same, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
