2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has sent a notice to the respondent on 22.05.2024, inadvertently, the date of the representation was typed as 31.03.2024 instead of 22.05.2024 in paragraph No.5 of the order dated 14.10.2024. Accordingly, he prays for necessary correction in the order.

3. A perusal of the papers reveal that inadvertently, a typographical error has occurred in Paragraph No.5 of the order dated 14.10.2024. Therefore, paragraph 5 of the order dated 14.10.2024 shall stand replaced with the following:- "5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 22.05.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order dated 14.10.2024 and issue fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel for the parties.

ORDER

The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to return the petitioner's original sale deed dated 31.03.2024 in document No.949/2004 along with no due certificate and pass any further similar other order.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a retired associate professor in Philosophy department, Madras Christian College, East Tambaram, Chennai. For the purpose of purchasing the house property at Thalakanancherry Village, Nanganallur, Chennai, he raised the loan with the respondent and sanctioned a sum of Rs.14,80,000/- by the respondent on 12.03.2004. The petitioner had paid the entire loan amount in the year 2024. Since the respondent failed to return the original sale deed dated 31.03.2004, for which, the petitioner has sent notice dated 22.05.2024 and e-mail dated 05.08.2024 to the respondent and the same was not considered. Hence, the present petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a directions to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 31.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders

within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
