The petitioner /defacto complainant has filed this petition seeking to transfer the investigation in Cr. No.197 of 2022 on the file of the 3rd respondent to CBCID, Coimbatore District or to any other investigating agency with a direction to complete the investigation and to file its report within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as 2/4
