This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.23695 of 2022 on 30.09.2022 to stay at Coimbatore and report before the Inspector of Police, RS Puram Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
