ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.841 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after investigation, Crime No.841 of 2019 has been closed as "Further Action Dropped". Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition becomes infructuous.
