1. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner / wife seeking withdrawal and transfer of H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2021, on the file of Sub Court at Tirupattur District and transfer the same to the Sub Court at Nagercoil, on the grounds of distance and hardship.

2. Issue notice to the respondent in Tr.C.M.P. No. 1068 of 2025 as well as in the connected C.M.P. No.28152 of 2025, returnable in eight weeks.

3. In addition to Court notice, private notice is permitted. The petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the respondent by Speed Post / RPAD and shall file an affidavit of service with proof of dispatch and delivery on or before the next hearing date and also give necessary enclosure to the Registry to make sure notice is sent.

4. Registry is directed to list the matter, along with service notes and proof of service, on 27.03.2026.
