This Petition is filed to extend the time to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 10.06.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.1495 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Sessions Court No.II, Kancheepuram.

2. On being satisfied with the reasoning adduced in the affidavit and also taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailments, the period to surrender before the concerned Court is extended by a further period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
