Though the case was posted today under the caption "For Dismissal", there is no representation for the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the revision petitioner Venugopal died on 28.08.2021. The death certificate is furnished by the learned counsel for the respondents, as the revision petitioner is no more and there is no representation for the petitioner also.

2. Recording the death of the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution as well as it is closed on the ground that the revision petitioner himself died.
