This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner based on his complaint dated 29.10.2022.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a medical shop in the name and style of 'Samy Medicals' at No.314, Majara Thoppampatti, Dharapuram Taluk, Tiruppur District, for the past 2 years; a staff was engaged by him to assist him in his medical shop and she has been terminated from service; however she continues to trespass into the medical shop and make illegal claims. Despite the complaint has been given in this regard, the respondents did not give any police protection.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint given by the third respondent, the F.I.R. has been registered in Crime No.444 of 2022. It is submitted that the third respondent is the tenant in the said premises under one Ramalingam. The petitioner claims that he is the tenant and he has the rental agreement with the said Ramalingam. 5.

Since the petitioner and the third respondent claims tenancy right in respect of the same property, it is appropriate to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2022 and do the needful in accordance with law, after finding out the real facts.

With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
