ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the respondents 6 and 7 for abusing the power by invoking powers under section 52 of the Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998 based on the petitioner's consolidated representation dated 22.08.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 and 7 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them and dispose of the complaint within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
