ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct an investigation in respect of CSR No.299 of 2024 dated 24.04.2024.
2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, the petitioner had lost his sale deed and, in that regard,he had lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 24.04.2024. Pursuant to the same, CSR No.299 of 2024 has been issued. However, till date, neither the sale deed has been recovered nor a non-traceable certificate has been issued. Hence, the present petition has been filed.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the nature of the complaint, the respondent police/investigation officer is directed to conduct a proper investigation on the complaint given by the petitioner in accordance with law and do the needful.
