This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in the order made in Crl.M.P.No.10955 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.11081 of 2024 dated 01.08.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30.a.m. for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioners have complied with the condition without fail, therefore, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto.

Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
