ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the bus stand has already been constructed, hence the prayer has become infructuous and that may be a reason for petitioner's non-appearance before this Court.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
