O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to revise the final key answers with correct answers for Question Nos.36, 49, 78, 140 in the written examination conducted by the second respondent on 04.02.2024 for direct recruitment of Graduate Teachers/BRTE and to select the petitioner for the said post by awarding necessary marks for the above said questions.

2. Heard Mr.S.Louis, learned counsel for petitioner, Mrs.S.Mythreya Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for first respondent and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent produced the written instructions received from the second respondent.

4. It is seen from the written instructions that the key answers have been finalized by the expert committee for the Question Nos.36, 49, 2/4

78, 140 and the same has also been acted upon. That apart, the entire selection has been completed and all the vacancies notified for the post of Graduate Teachers/BRTE have been filled. In the light of the above development, there is no reason for this Court to go into the merits of the writ petition.
