This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 25.07.2022, in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry has been initiated and the current paper enquiry is pending before the second respondent police.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and do the needful in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is 2/4
