This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.22896 of 2022 on 23.09.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on the 1st day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
