These applications have been filed by the petitioner to extend the time and also to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21632 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 to execute the sureties and to comply with the other conditions.

2. This Court while granting bail to petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21632 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 directed the petitioner to deposit original title deeds (stand in the name of the petitioner or in name of his friends or relatives) not less than value of Rs.1 Crore along with the valuation certificate obtained from the authority concerned to the credit of Crime No.5 of 2021.

3. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that, he is not pressing the petition for modification, but however, seeks time for a period of three weeks to comply with the conditions. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

4. In view of the above, time is extended for a period of three weeks to comply the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.21632 of 2022 from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall automatically stands canceled.
