ORDER
The writ petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 herein to issue SSLC declaration form, bonafide certificate and explanation letter in the light of the
second respondent's note vide No.A.Thi.Mu.No.209854/P5(1)/2024 dated 10.06.2024 by consideration of the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2024 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioners that she has completed10th standard in the year 2007 and completed 12th standard in the year 2009 and her father name is Veeran. But, in the 10th and 12h mark list, her father name has been wrongly mentioned as Kalaivani.M. And in the transfer certificate, her caste has also been wrongly mentioned as Agamudayaar instead of Arunthathiyar. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation to the respondents along with necessary documents and the same has not been considered. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a directions to the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the 4th respondent will be considered and an appropriate orders will be passed on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials
available on record.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 15.07.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. 14.10.2024 To:
