The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the Criminal Revision petition against the order dated 13.03.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.25102 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.24538 of 2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. Mr.D.Ravindranathan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the fourth respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the case for admission.
