Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the members of the Association to file writ petitions individually and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
Accordingly, recording his statement and the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. Consequently, W.M.P.No.36873 of 2016 is also dismissed. No costs.
