Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 432 r/w 448 of BNSS to set aside the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in C.M.P. No. 1902/2024 in M.C. No. 5 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Poonamallee and direct the 2nd respondent Tata Consultancy Services to pay the arrears of maintenance amount of Rs.22,55,000/- to the petitioners from the Provident Fund of the 1st respondent.

The revision has been filed challenging the order dated 18.06.2025 passed in C.M.P. No.1902 of 2024 by which the Trial Court had refused to attach the Provident Fund of the 1st respondent to pay the arrears of maintenance to the petitioners.

Pending the revision, the parties have arrived at a compromise and entered into a Settlement Agreement. The said Settlement Agreement dated 08.01.2026 is taken on record. 3.

As per the Settlement Agreement, the 1st respondent had paid a sum of Rs. 35 lakhs on 08.01.2026 to the petitioners and had agreed to pay another sum of Rs.10 lakhs on or before 08.01.2027. The 1st petitioner had also agreed to withdraw the above revision. 4.

The 1st petitioner is present in person identified by her counsel and would confirm that she had received Rs.35 lakhs as per the agreement entered into between the parties. The 1st respondent is also present in person and undertakes to pay the balance sum of Rs.10 lakhs on or before 08.01.2027.

In view of the above, the revision stands disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement.
