No.32/Goondas/Salem City/2019 dated 16.09.2019 on the file of the second respondent herein to quash the same and direct the respondents herein to produce the body of the detenu Mr.Prasanth, S/o.Mariappan, aged about 21 years and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) Petitioner is the father of the detenu, namely, Prasanth, S/o.Mariappan, aged about 21 years, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in C.M.P. No.32/Goonda/Salem City/2019 dated 16.09.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the son of the petitioner dated 16.09.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4360, dated 30.10.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
