J U D G M E N T

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) The suit for partition in O.S.No.4030 of 2019 was decreed by the Trial Court vide judgment and decree dated 28.10.2022. Aggrieved by the same, the defendant has preferred the present appeal in A.S.No.481 of 2024.

2. The matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, and through mediation, the parties have arrived at a settlement, which has been reduced into writing by way of a joint memo dated 03.12.2024. The learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the appeal may be disposed of in terms of the settlement.

3. Considering the joint memo filed and the mediation report along with the settlement agreement dated 03.12.2024, signed by all the parties concerned, this Court dispose of the appeal in terms of the compromise. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. (G.J.,J.)
