ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondent to take further action based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 07.06.2019 on the file of the respondent police and to file the final report. 2.

Heard Mr.J.Prathap, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Today when the petitioner is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that in respect of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.06.2019, the respondent police enquired the same in C.S.R.No.301 of 2019 and after due enquiry the same has been closed on 24.11.2019. According to him, as of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

now no complaint is pending on the file of the respondent police. The said submission is recorded.

In view of the above, since already the complaint given by the petitioner is enquired and closed nothing survive for further adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
