This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing against the criminal revision SR.No.37259 of 2025 against the order dated 06.02.2025 in Crl.MP.No.78860 of 2024 passed by X Metropolitan Magistrate at Egmore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the aforesaid delay of 11 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
