Respondents PRAYER: This petition has been filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent herein to fulfill its obligation under Regulation 5 of the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services Interconnection (Addressable Systems) Regulations, 2017 not to interfere with the right of the petitioner herein to receive encrypted signal for Television Channels form any other
registered Distributor/MSO for transmission through his Cable TV net work for his subscribers.
