ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in PRC.No.22 of 2019, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Thangarai and quash the same.

2. By passage of time, the parties have decided to bury their hatchet and compromise the dispute amicably among themselves.

3. The Joint compromise memo dated 19.02.2021 has been filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant. The petitioner and the second respondent are also present in person before this Court. In order to identify the respective parties, they have also produced the copy of the Aadhaar Card and it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

made part of the record. This Court also enquired both the parties and is satisfied that the parties have come to an amicable settlement between themselves. During the enquiry in the open Court, reveals that the petitioner married the second respondent and got a male child and is living together for the past four years in Police Quarters, Pochampalli and he also promised that he would take care of the family in future.

4. To that effect, to file an affidavit, the second respondent also appeared before this Court along with her child and she is living with the petitioner for the past four years very happily and residing at Police Quarters, Pochampalli and she has completed nursing training, now she is the house wife and is taking care of the child. Since the petitioner and the second respondent are living together along with their child, this Court accepted the reasons stated by the petitioner.

5. This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the proceeding in PRC.No.22 of 2019, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, is quashed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS-IV) // True Copy // Sub Assistant Registrar ub To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai.
