This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Crl.R.C.No.294/2024 vide "para No.11(c) that "the petitioners to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner/accused is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also, considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner/accused is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed in the order dated 05.03.2024 passed in Crl.R.C.No.294/2024 that the petitioner/accused shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed and the petitioner/accused shall appear before the respondent Police, as and when required.
